Katie Harris is an illustrator from Ashburnham, Massachusetts. Ever since her dad showed her the 1968 film Yellow Submarine Katie has known that art is her destiny. Growing up in the woods watching cartoons and reading literature has instilled in her a love of nature, narrative, and stylizedimagery. Her experiences as a small-town girl with big-city anxiety have led her to focus her work on what makes her happy. She has a sarcastic and self-deprecating sense of humor paired with a strange zest for the little things in life. Katie believes that art belongs to everyone, and has minored in Art History in hopes of working in a gallery or museum where she can help others connect to art.
