Joslyn Costa is a dedicated artist based in Acushnet, Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree focusing in Graphic Design. Joslyn approaches every project from a unique perspective and has a fine eye for detail. Her talent for this field can be seen not only in her finished products, but also her process work as she excels in idea development and direction. Joslyn’s personal work focuses much on the aspects and politics of the rock and roll music industry and the sub-cultures that surround this genre. Joslyn aspires to someday work in the music industry whether it be as a designer for a record label, music magazine, or clothing line.
Her professional work thus far has included branding along with project management and a children’s book design. Her freelance work has mainly consisted of private portraits and logo development for small local associations. Her work has been exhibited at the New Bedford Museum of Art, the Carol Schlosberg Alumni Gallery, and the Bear Gallery of the Cummings Center.
